Homes and shared facilities within one development
Alongside 224 homes, the development includes a mosque, ablution fountain, library and retail centre, with site infrastructure and landscaping delivered as an integrated whole.
These diverse facilities were coordinated within a single site and delivery programme to create a lasting residential community.
